Q: How long does it take for a response via Asset Support Tickets?
Responses can take between 24 - 72 Hours, however this all depends on the how busy the ticket system gets, after an update, responses may take longer.
Please note: Weekends may take a longer time to receive a response for your issue(s), this is because our support staff mainly work week-days. -
Q: I haven't received my assets
Sometimes this is user error, please check that you're using the correct CFX account, if this isn't the case we can always attempt to re-send assets, the fastest way for us to re-send assets is by creating a ticket in the "Asset Support" channel of our discord, you can join the discord by clicking here.
